Lé Betre - Snake Eyes

Monday, a new week is here and what we usually do here at Tune Of The Day on this day is to present this week's "Record Of The Week".

Today I have the honour to give some great Swedish garage rock with Lé Betre and their new album "Melas". The band was founded in Leksand, a small village in Sweden back in 2011. Lé Betre sound is fuzzed out blues influenced rock with a small touch of both stoner and hardrock. The music is very professional, really tight and very groovy, it's hard as hell to sit still when the riffs echo's in the room. The vocals is dusty and dirty, but very clear and in my ears it's excellent and suits the band perfect, makes the package even better, so the total experience of Lé Betre is top notch.

This is a record that I warmly recommend, a band that can be listed next to other great Swedish acts such as Graveyard, Hong Faux and Horisont.

Lé Betre is:
Marcus Jonsson on vocals/guitar,
Anders Westman on guitar,
Roger Lysén on Bass and
Jonas Sahlberg on drums.

Melas is also released on a 180g vinyl. 500 Copies on Black vinyl. Where the Artwork is made by: Thieves of Tower, North Carolina, USA

Todays tune "Snake Eyes" is taken form "Melas", enjoy!
