Ozzy Osbourne - Waiting For Darkness

Last Friday it was time again for the annual hard rock evening that always takes place on eve of Twelfth Night.

At always it's with great excitement when this day come, it's a day that I was really looking forward to. It's really great to meet up with friends that share the same love for music as I do. During this evening you will hear what others have done, what music is close to their heart and what stories they have to tell about live concerts and other odd stories that have happen during the year that has passed. And of course it is with great pleasure to play true the record that you have put together over the Christmas break and to hear what the other participants have made up for this event. This is a great opportunity to discovering some new music, but the best of all is that you get an evening together with friends of the same kind, where the music is the topic, one thing that I hold so dear!

So in the biggest secret I have carved out the tracks for this evening. But as usual the record was made in the last minute. Some of the tracks were pretty obvious through the presentation of the 2017s best albums that was publish here during Christmas and New Year.

As always it's really difficult to choose songs. This year I never got time for a theme, but overall it ended up pretty Ok after all. The categories for this year was made up with one single word only except for "Best Right Now"

This years line up of categories was:

1. Festival
2. Summer
3. Best Right Now
4. Nostalgia
5. Space
6. Death
7. Hefty

So over next week I'll present all the categories in the order of recording, Monday = Festival, Tuesday = Summer and so on, doing one extra for today as it's Sunday and a classic needs to be played :)  The rest of the upcoming week I will mix mine with the other participants choices, so here we go.

My choice from yesterday's Hard Rock Night in the Categori 1. "Festival".

OZZY OSBOURNE "Waiting For Darkness" a artist that I relate as the nr 1 at Festival, if he aint playing with BLACK SABBATH or as solo you will most likely here a tune in the bar, around the area, in the PA system or at the camping place. A festival without OZZY isn't a real festival.

Today's tune "Waiting For Darkness" is taken from his third studio album "Bark at the Moon", originally released on 15 November 1983. A tune that he never played live :(

The Dead Daisies - Long Way To Go

THE DEAD DAISIES latest studio album "Make Some Noise” was released on August 5, 2016.

Today’s tune "Long Way To Go” was released as the first single from the album is a cool tune with nice hooks, great vocals and intense guitar riffs. Looking forward to listen to the new thingie in a few days. THE DEAD DAISIES consists of band members David Lowy (RED PHOENIX, MINK), John Corabi (MÖTLEY CRÜE, RATT), Doug Aldrich (WHITESNAKE, DIO), Marco Mendoza (WHITESNAKE, THIN LIZZY) and Brian Tichy (OZZY OSBOURNE, FOREIGNER), that equals that this kind of rock 'n' roll has never get out of fashion.

THE DEAD DAISIES were formed by guitarist and songwriter David Lowy, whose keen instinct and clear vision has guided the recruitment of an amazing revolving lineup of renowned musicians since the band's inception in 2012. Initially, Richard Fortus and Dizzy Reed of GUNS 'N' ROSES, plus THE ROLLING STONES band members Darryl Jones and Bernard Fowler, as well as John Tempesta and Charley Drayton of THE CULT, were involved. Lowy has once again enlisted incredibly talented international stars to record "Make Some Noise". "For me as a vocalist, this kind of high-caliber lineup is an absolute dream come true," enthuses Corabi, continuing: "When you work with THE DEAD DAISIES, everybody is amazingly motivated to deliver top performances."

"Make Some Noise", which was superbly recorded and produced by Marti Frederiksen (AEROSMITH, DEF LEPPARD, MÖTLEY CRÜE, BUCKCHERRY) in Nashville in February and March 2016, contains ten originals plus two inspired new incarnations of THE WHO's "Join Together" and CREEDENCE CLEARWATER REVIVAL's "Fortunate Son".

Today’s tune ”Long Way To Go” is the first single from the new album "Make Some Noise”! it’s also included on the latest ”Live & Louder” album that was release may 19th 2017, enjoy!

Ozzy Osbourne - Centre Of Eternity

Sunday, time for a classic.

"Centre Of Eternity" is a tune taken from the third studio album "Bark at the Moon" by British heavy metal vocalist Ozzy Osbourne, originally released on 15 November 1983. The album features former Mickey Ratt and ROUGH CUTT guitarist Jake E. Lee, who replaced guitarist Randy Rhoads who had been killed a year earlier in a plane crash.

Bark at the Moon is the only Ozzy Osbourne album on which the songwriting is credited entirely to Osbourne. However, guitarist Jake E. Lee maintains that he composed a significant amount of the album’s music but was cheated out of his writing and publishing claims by Osbourne’s wife and manager Sharon. Lee claims that after he had composed the songs and completed recording his parts in the studio, he was presented with a contract which stated that he would have no claim to any writing or publishing relating to the album. The contract also stated that Lee could not mention this publicly. Lee claims he signed the contract because he had no legal representation and because Sharon threatened to fire him and have another guitarist re-record his parts if he refused.

Osbourne himself admitted several years later in the liner notes to The Ozzman Cometh that Lee had been involved in the album's writing to at least some degree, stating that the album's title track was in fact co-written by the guitarist. Osbourne's bassist at the time, Bob Daisley, has mirrored Lee's account of the album's production, stating that he co-wrote most of the music with Lee and wrote the vast majority of the lyrics. Daisley has stated that he accepted a buyout from Osbourne in exchange for writing credit. Osbourne's former drummer Lee Kerslake, who also played with Daisley in URIAH HEEP after leaving Osbourne's band, stated that Daisley had been hired by Sharon Osbourne to write the Bark at the Moon album for "$50–60,000 or whatever it is. He was offered the chance to write with Ozzy. Words, music – write the album."

Some European pressings identified the track "Centre of Eternity" as "Forever". On tours for the album, Osbourne referred to it as "Forever". This can be heard on bootleg recordings of tours promoting the album. The title track was released as the album's first single with an accompanying music video. In the early 1980s infancy of the music video medium, the video, which was the first Osbourne had made, was highly anticipated due to his outrageous image. The decision to release "So Tired", a ballad, as the album's second single, was unpopular with many longtime fans. The track "Spiders in the Night" was originally only included on the European and Japanese releases, but was included on the 1995 CD reissue and the 2002 reissue, on which it was listed simply as "Spiders".

Composed by Daisley, the lyrics to the song "Now You See It (Now You Don't)" were a pointed rebuke aimed at Osbourne's wife and manager Sharon, who had fired him from the band in 1981. Daisley stated many years later that he was surprised the Osbourne camp allowed the lyrics on the album.

Shortly after Bark at the Moon's 1983 release, a Canadian man named James Jollimore murdered a woman and her two children after allegedly listening to the album. The timing was particularly inopportune for Osbourne, who was at the time facing allegations that his song "Suicide Solution" had influenced a fan to commit suicide.

Bark at the Moon is Osbourne's only studio album to feature drummer Tommy Aldridge, who was a fixture of Osbourne's live band for several years in the early to mid-1980s.

Enjoy today's tune and happy Sunday, go to bed early, it's work/school tomorrow :)

Psycho Choke - Get Down

The Greeks not only delivers brilliant stoner rock and sludge, there are also a lot harder acts as the little more angrier guys from Thessaloniki, Greece.

PSYCHO CHOKE hail from the island of Greece and formed in 1999 by rhythm guitarist Argy. The band has four albums to their credit with the latest entitled "Unraveling Chaos". Other band members are Bax (rhythm and lead guitars), George Montes (drums), Al Roy (vocals) and Phantomas (bass).

In the spring of 2009 the band started recording their new -long anticipated- full length album called "Unraveling Chaos". It took two months to record it and another six to mix it, reamp it, and master it at Hansen studios in Denmark by Jacob Hansen (NIGHTRAGE, VOLBEAT, MERCENARY). The result of this process was the heaviest shit the band have made.

With a little help from their friends- Gus.G (OZZY OSBOURNE, FIREWIND), Marios Iliopoulos & Olof Morck (NIGHTRAGE) and Jacob Hansen (INVOCATOR, ANUBIS GATE, BEYOND TWILIGHT) PSYCHO CHOKE have created a really vulgar album that contains a good mood of brutality with hard hammer drumming and screaming guitar riffs.

Todays tune "Get Down" is taken from the album "Unraveling Chaos", 2010. Guest solo from Gus-G (FIREWIND). Video is Directed/Shoot/Edit by Gabriel Psaltakis.

SOTO - The Fall

SOTO, a new band which is the culmination of one of today's premier Rock frontmen and vocalists, Jeff Scott Soto, cast with a union of hotshot young musicians to bring you a slamming blend of melody and muscle in some of the freshest power metal to surface in years present their debut album, Inside The Vertigo.

Jeff explains, ''I've been in the game for a long time but my roots started more on the heavier side of the tracks, I thought it was about time I came home to visit the family and stick around for a while!''.

The band is comprised of Jeff's most current solo band, who he insisted on making this musical merge with him. Jorge Salan (lead guitar), BJ (keys, guitars), David Z (bass) and Edu Cominato (drums).

SOTO adds ''these guys come from different parts of the world and bring their own influence to make this band very special. From the US to Europe to South America, we have an exciting mix of style and prestige that keeps us all on our toes''.

A neurotic blend of power metal, prog, groove-laden huge guitars, hooks and production, SOTO is a contender in today's modern Rock arena while capturing the essence of strong songwriting simultaneously.

Songs like “Break”, “The Fall”, “Wrath”, “Narcissistically Yours” and “Final Say” are perfect vehicles of raw emotion. Songs like “When I'm Older”, “Karma’s Kiss”, to the title track “Inside The Vertigo” and the 9+ minute epic “End Of Days” advocate a modern day reality/wake-up call.

Produced by Jeff Scott Soto, the album features tracks co-written with his bandmates as well as a of his famous friends/colleagues. Collaborators include guitarists Gus G (FIREWIND, OZZY), Jason Bieler (SAIGON KICK), Mike Orlando (ADRENALINE MOB) and Joel Hoekstra (NIGHT RANGER/TSO), all of whom perform on their penned tracks for the album. Others appearing as guests/co-writers are Casey Grillo (KAMELOT), Connor Engstrom, Tony Dickinson, Leo Mancini, Hugo Mariutti and Gary Schutt.

The album was recorded during the latter months of 2013 and mixed/mastered in Boston by SOTOs long time engineer and friend John Ellis. ''Everyone from John to my amazing co-writers to some of my bandmates, especially Edu who was extremely instrumental on helping me stay on course musically, get overall credit for creating this album. I oversaw it as a whole knowing the vision I wanted to capture but I truly had a lot of help from my bros that appear on this masterpiece!'' exclaims Soto.

The release of the album intentionally coincides with the birth date of JSS’s fallen colleague and dear friend Marcel Jacob of Talisman. RIP.

SOTO will follow up the release of “Inside The Vertigo” with extensive touring and appearances throughout 2015.

Todays tune "The Fall" is the first single out from "Inside The Vertigo", Enjoy!

Salems Lott - No Choice To Love

Sālems Lott is an American Shock Metal band formed in Hollywood, California. They are known for their high-energy, explosive riffing and excessively violent stage performances that got them thrown out of some infamous Hollywood clubs. The band utilizes psycho theater and Hi-tech musicianship that involves a chainsaw sacrifice, upside down guitar solos and backwards drumming.

Their Debut EP features 7 tracks of unrelenting, in-your-face Metal. Combining elements of bands such as Megadeth, Motley Crue, X-Japan, King Diamond, WASP, Alice Cooper, Racer X, Ozzy Osbourne and Accept; Sālems Lott comes out with a refreshingly unique and much needed blend of Heavy Metal.

The album has something for everyone of all tastes including Speed Metal, Glam, Thrash, Classical, Power, Visual Kei, Progressive and Hard Rock :

-Speed Metal Fiends will enjoy adrenaline pumping tracks such as "S.S.", "Wings Of Duress" and "Smoke And Mirrors"

-The hook infested "No Choice To Love" will have you humming the chorus in your head for days and combines that perfect blend of raw grit and an insanely catchy melody.

Amongst a sea of hipster riddled LA 'folk' rock, Sālems Lott comes out with a powerful debut that shows no mercy and provides the perfect antithesis to an otherwise sedated scene.

Todays tune "No Choice to Love" is taken from Salems Lott's Self-Titled Debut EP.

Black Label Society - Angel Of Mercy

I woke alone today.
For all the birds have flown.
Inside this empty house
Which no longer feels like home

No angel of mercy
Is gonna hear my call (oh no)
No angel of mercy
To dry the tears that shall not fall

That's part of the Lyrics of todays tune "Angel Of Mercy" with Black Label Society

"Catacombs of the Black Vatican" is the ninth studio album by heavy metal band Black Label Society. The album was released on April 8, 2014. It is the first Black Label Society album to feature former Breaking Benjamin drummer Chad Szeliga after fill-in Mike Froedge departed the band. Froedge himself replaced Will Hunt, who in turn replaced longtime drummer Craig Nunenmacher, all in the span of less than two years. Also the rhythm guitar player Nick Catanese's departure from the band and was replaced by Dario Lorina from Lizzy Borden. So in other words, alot of turbulence in the band. But the record in it self is a very good release.

Robert Trujillo, the Mexican-American bassist known for his role as the current bassist of American heavy metal band Metallica, he had a time in "BLS" a long time ago, played on the album "1919 Eternal" (2002). This energetic dude is turning 50 today, so happy birthday Robert!

Current members:

Zakk Wylde – lead vocals, lead and rhythm guitar, piano (1998–present)
John DeServio – bass, backing vocals (1999, 2005–present)
Jeff Fabb – drums (2014–present)
Dario Lorina – rhythm guitar, backing vocals (2014–present)

Todays tune "Angel Of Mercy" is taken from the ninth studio album "Catacombs of the Black Vatican" by Black Label Society. The video directed by Justin Reich.

Red Dragon Cartel - Feeder

Jake E. Lee is the former guitarist for Ozzy Osbourne (on the "Bark at the Moon" and "The Ultimate Sins" albums). After a self-imposed exile from the music industry and the public eye since the demise of Badlands in the mid 90s, Jake is now back with an exciting new rock'n'roll band "Red Dragon Cartel". Their debut eponymous album was released by Frontiers Records on January 27th.

The band came about when old friend Ronnie Mancuso helped to coax Jake out of retirement. Ronnie, noted session guitarist/bassist, composer and producer for Beggars & Thieves, was sharing a studio space, "The Hideout" in Las Vegas with super hot producer, engineer and mixer Kevin Churko (Ozzy Osbourne, Five Finger Death Punch, Rob Zombie, Hinder, In This Moment).

Red Dragon Cartel Line-Up:

Jake E. Lee — Guitars
Ronnie Mancuso — Bass
Darren James Smith — Vocals
Jonas Fairley — Drums/Vocals

Todays tune "Feeder" is taken from

Jake E. Lee’s “Red Dragon Cartel” Bio.

Gibson Guitars Magazine 10-08-12: One of the biggest brain-scratchers in metal history is the fact that Jake E. Lee isn't king of the world. It seemed like he definitely had the potential to be exactly that when he was guitarist for Ozzy Osborne in the mid ‘80s, during the Bark At The Moon/Ultimate Sin era. His post-Ozzy band Badlands was pretty spectacular too. But Jake just never seemed to make that push to stay up there with his contemporaries. Now Lee has revealed he's working on a new album with producer R. Bernard Mann AKA Ronnie Mancuso and Executive Producer, Mixer, King of Active Rock Radio Kevin Churko, and he's formed a new band (The Red Dragon Cartel) to record at least 4 tracks and then to undertake a world tour starting in summer 2013. Why only 4 tracks? Because they already have tracks recorded with Robin Zander (Cheap Trick), Paul Di'Anno (ex-Iron Maiden) and Maria Brink (In This Moment). Jake says there are other big names attached to the project too. The idea seems similar in spirit to Santana or Slash's first solo album, where they had various guest vocalists and took one (Myles Kennedy) and a permanent band (The Conspirators) on the road. After seeing a recent picture and hearing the exceptional playing on the great Robin Zander track one thing is for sure. Jake is back for real and ready to take on the world and reclaim his position as one of Metals best guitarists. All we can say is its better late than never.

Throw away your turntables and pick up a guitar. Ex-Ozzy guitarist recluse resurfaces to show the youngin, s how powerful and exciting a rock album can be!

Jakey Lou Williams born and raised in West Virginia to a Japanese born mother and a US Naval officer father. A Military Brat constantly on the move. Eventually settling in San Diego, Jake and his sister took to the California culture and lifestyle of the 70’s. Jake’s mother, recognizing that her son had tremendous musical talent, encouraged Jake to learn classical piano at an early age. By ten years of age he was playing Bach concertos and winning state competitions however, at the same time his sister was instrumental in showing Jake that a world beyond classical music existed. She played Jake her favorite hard rock artists like Jimi Hendrix, Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin. Soon Jake had switched to guitar as his instrument of choice and started on his road to becoming the legend that he is now. Unfortunately, his mentor and sister passed away in a motorcycle accident. But her influence was already established in her kid brother Jake. During high school, he formed a band called Teaser changing his name to Jake E. Lee. The band developed a large following in the Southern California area. Jake caught the eye of guitarist and good friend Warren DiMartini, and soon DiMartini was asking Jake for lessons. He also caught the eye of Stephen Pearcy the lead singer of a San Diego band called Mickey Rat. Pearcy asked Jake to join his band as lead guitarist, and he accepted. They changed the band’s name to Ratt, moved to L.A. and began playing the L.A. club circuit. The band’s established a huge fan base and much acclaim followed. However, Jake decided that Ratt didn’t fit the style of the music he wanted to play and decided to leave the group. DiMartini replaced him on Jake’s recommendation.

Jake played a few shows as lead guitarist of Rough Cutt, until Ronnie James Dio discovered his incredible talents. They planned to work together until Ozzy Osbourne interrupted them. He asked Jake to audition for his band following the sad passing of Randy Rhoads. Jake knew that Randy’s shoes were hard to fill, but he believed he was able to fill them. Ozzy auditioned around 500 other guitarists from around the world, eventually choosing Jake to fill the void of Randy Rhoads. Jake flew to England for rehearsal, and then went on tour with the legendary madman Ozzy Osbourne.

For the next four years, Jake recorded, wrote and toured with Ozzy. They released “Bark at the Moon”, which eventually went multi-platinum, and quickly quieted critics who said Rhoads could never be replaced. The “Ultimate Sin” album followed, which was another huge success for Ozzy. Osbourne, at the time was going through his well-documented drug and alcohol periods, and during a rehearsal fired Jake in the middle of one of his rages. Contrary to common belief, however, Ozzy and Jake remain good friends to this day. Ozzy and Sharon going so far as giving there blessings and support to Jake working with the producer of Ozzy’s last two albums Kevin Churko. After the Ozzy Osbourne madness, Jake decided to take a well-earned break. He wanted to spend more time with his wife and daughter. As soon as word spread that Jake had left Ozzy’s band, the phone calls came in fast and furious. Nothing interested Jake, however, until he received a phone call from ex-Black Sabbath lead singer Ray Gillen. Gillen was hoping to form a blues-based metal band with Lee, and Lee responded. Together, they recruited bassist Greg Chaisson and current Kiss drummer Eric Singer, and formed Badlands.

Badlands released their first album in 1989, self-titled “Badlands”. It was a mix of blues and hard rock, powered by hard-driving guitar riffs, receiving amazing critical acclaim as well as fantastic sales. The band toured worldwide to support the album, and followed it up with “Voodoo Highway”. This album was an even deeper dive into the blues, and again received much acclaim from critics. However, due to Ray’s health issues the band had to cancel all touring and promotion of the album. Tragically, Ray Gillen would eventually pass away due to complications caused by AIDS. In the year 2000, however, “Dusk” was released, which was recorded live in earlier sessions with Ray Gillen. The passing of his friend Ray as well as his wife and mother of his daughter broke Jake to the point he withdrew and disappeared from the scene causing much speculation and mystery as to if he were to ever return to the music industry. As “VH1’s That Metal Show Host and syndicated Metal Hard Rock Guru Radio DJ Eddy Trunk has repeatedly said. “The number one person that fans all over the world want to about is by far Jake E Lee, Its like the mystery and lack of exposure has enhanced his reputation rather than hurting it he is probably more popular know than anytime since Ozzy.”

During this period of reflection, Jake was occasionally was called out of retirement by good friend and Shrapnel Records Owner Mike Varney as well as being invited to play on many albums but he held fast to the belief that he would only return if he could find a situation that would allow him to compete on the highest level. Only then would he decide to re-launch his career. In steps old friend Ronnie Mancuso. Ronnie, noted session guitarist/bassist composer producer “Beggars & Thieves” was sharing a studio space The Hideout in Las Vegas working with super hot producer engineer mixer Kevin Churko “Shania Twain Mutt Lange, Ozzy Osbourne, Five Finger Death Punch, Rob Zombie, Hinder, In This Moment.”

Ronnie and Kevin started talking with Jake then slowly Ronnie and Jake along with Kevin’s son Kane “co-writer of Five Finger Death Punch’s number 2. Remember Me, In this Moments Blood and many others “Started writing songs under Kevin’s supervision based on all the great riffs Jake had stored up from his years in seclusion.

The new band was culled from over a thousand submissions from a “Jake E. Lee needs a lead singer and drummer Facebook page” Christened “Jake E. Lee’s ‘Red Dragon Cartel” the album is being recorded with such legendary vocalist as Robin Zander from Cheap Trick and original Iron Maiden Vocalist Paul DiAnno, new chart toppers like Maria Brink from “In this Moment” with plenty of tracks just featuring the new permanent members of band for 2013. “The Jake E Lee’s Red Dragon Cartel” is about to blast off. This amazing virtuoso guitarist with his new band will once again grace the rock world with the lights shining even brighter.

Black Sabbath - End of the Beginning

New week and it's time to present the Record Of The Week. This this week's album might be given for most, an album that surprised me where expectations were low.

The album I am talking about is the new Black Sabbath album "13". That 75-percent of the original Black Sabbath line-up, including the odd and confused Ozzy Osbourne on vocals have teamed up with the old friends Tony Iommi & Geezer Butler (but not the Drummer Bill Ward), behind the drum kit we find the ex Rage Against the Machine dude Brad Wilk, doing his best Bill Ward. The album sounds very good and the songs keeps a high Sabbath standard for these old dudes. The bottom line is this is a decent album, but not mind-blowing. It sounds Black Sabbath and they play well and the album is full of life, Iommi does play some really interesting stuff on the album. Although Ozzy's voice is prolly auto-tuned it's entirely forgiveable because this is actually really good. How this will be live remains after all to see.

Todays tune is the opener "End of the Beginning", a slow and doomish tune.

Black Sabbath - God Is Dead?

The English rock band Black Sabbath have revealed their new single "God Is Dead?" from the upcoming new album "13"

The upcoming nineteenth studio album by the British heavy metal band Black Sabbath. It will be the first studio album released under the Black Sabbath name since 1995's Forbidden and their first recording with original singer Ozzy Osbourne and bassist Geezer Butler since the 1998 live album Reunion, which contained two new studio tracks. It is also the first studio album with Osbourne since 1978's Never Say Die!, and Butler since 1994's Cross Purposes.

The original lineup of Black Sabbath first began work on a new studio album in 2001 with producer Rick Rubin. The album's development was delayed because Osbourne was in the middle of finishing a solo album, and the rest of the band members eventually went on to pursue other projects, including GZR and Heaven & Hell. When Black Sabbath announced their reunion on 11 November 2011, the band announced that they would restart work on a new album with Rubin. The recording sessions took place from August 2012 to January 2013 at a studio in Los Angeles, California. In addition to original members Osbourne, Butler and guitarist Tony Iommi, they were joined at the recording sessions by Rage Against the Machine and former Audioslave drummer Brad Wilk, following original drummer Bill Ward's decision to not participate in the reunion

The album will be released in a number of different formats, including the Standard CD album release, a deluxe double CD album (which includes a second disc of bonus material), 12-inch heavyweight vinyl (180g) in a gatefold sleeve plus a super-deluxe box set containing a Black Sabbath - The Reunion documentary.

Three extra tracks set to appear on the deluxe edition of "13" have also just been announced.

In advance of the new album, Black Sabbath will do a world tour and will be commencing their first Australian tour in 40 years. The band will also tour Europe in November and play a show at Ozzfest in Japan.

The "13" tracklist:

End Of The Beginning
God is Dead?
Loner
Zeitgeist
Age Of Reason
Live Forever
Damaged Soul
Dear Father

Bonus deluxe edition tracks:

Methademic
Peace of Mind
Pariah

Todays tune "God Is Dead?" is the 8:51 minute long song is taken from Black Sabbath's much-anticipated new album "13" due for release on June 11. The single was released on April 18, 2013.

The album will have eight tracks in total, and last week it was reported that the band will premiere the song 'End Of The Beginning' on the season finale of TV show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. The track will be played on the May 15 episode of the series. According to a statement, the band will perform the song when actors Ted Danson and Marc Vann go to a Black Sabbath gig to "investigate a trail of murders with horrifying similarities to the sins in Dante's Inferno".
