Gary Numan - Love Hurt Bleed

Gary Numan “The master of electro", born Gary Anthony James Webb on 8 March 1958 is an English singer, composer, and musician. Most widely known for his chart-topping 1979 hits "Are 'Friends' Electric?" (as Tubeway Army) and "Cars", Numan achieved his peak of mainstream popularity in the late 1970s and early 1980s, but maintains a loyal cult following.

Numan, whose signature sound consists of heavy synthesiser hooks fed through guitar effects pedals, is considered a pioneer of commercial electronic music.

Todays tune "Love Hurt Bleed" is taken from the twentieth studio album "Splinter (Songs from a Broken Mind)", released on 9 October 2013.

He has been influencing artists for three decades–from Nine Inch Nails to Marilyn Manson to myself. Now he is taking from his descendants and making the ideas his own. It is apparent Gary is very human when he sings his words. They are fully passionate and beautifully painful. If you have the latest Nine Inch Nails release, you need to hear Splinter. You will learn who the master is.”
