Stevie Ray Vaughan - Texas Flood
Stevie Ray Vaughan (born Stephen Ray Vaughan; October 3, 1954 – August 27, 1990) was an American guitarist, singer and songwriter. Texas Flood is an electric blues album released in 1983. Although "Texas Flood" has three verses of lyrics, the song is more of a long guitar solo, allowing Vaughan to show off his characteristic electric blues style. More popular than any blues album in nearly twenty years, Texas Flood was a surprise success for Vaughan. The album was recorded in only three days, at Jackson Browne's personal recording studio, in 1982 since the band had been playing many live sets beforehand.
