Machine Head - Locust

Today we announce the last band on "The Eighth Plague Tour" -package, the main act Machine Head. May tell you that during the soundcheck did their American sound engineer run all in on the volume to see how the stuff could work out, it was so high that the dust fell from the ceiling, the walls rattled and all the gauges went to the bottom. Not even earplugs helped here and sound engineers runned all this without earplugs no wonder he said WHAT in every other sentence.

Machine Head had a little video interviews, photoshoots etc during the evening before the doors, Roadrunner was there to do a review of both Robb Flynns and Phil Demmel guitar pedals and of course a meet and greet with fans.

After Bring Me The Horizon set was finished and while changeover is ongoing and Bring Me The Horizon stuff picked down, one could note that much of the audience changed to a slightly older and more mature crowd of metal fans, you hear how they warmed up with "Machine Fucking Head", now is all the bright tones gone.

Once it is time for the band to kick loose they will do it furious and it becomes an incredible tensile inside the arena for both music wise and audience wise. It's neat, wicked, mean and incredibly well played. The light is really nice and projector that plays on a backdrop and the two side sections fits in well in the harsh environment. The song "The Blood, The Sweat, The Tears" dedicated "LG" singer of Entombed, who was also is there this evening, as usual:) A Swedish flag throwns up on stage and "Flynn" wrap himselves in it while he holding a speech and invites the audience on a drink.

Overall, This package of awesome bands was an incredible successful move, they all did a really good show and maybe one of the best sofar with Machine Head. So
