Los Lobos - Burn It Down

Los Lobos ("The Wolves") are an American Chicano rock band. Their music is influenced by rock and roll, Tex-Mex, country music, folk, R&B, blues, and traditional Spanish and Mexican music such as boleros and norteños. Mexican-American roots-rock group Los Lobos has been performing and releasing albums since the late 1970s. And the latest album Tin Can Trust was just released. Where we will pick todays tune from.

Got a little inspire since yesterday when i posted the latest single with Robert Plant and got a comment from Steve Sauer that Angel Dance by Robert Plant is a cover of Los Lobos, so i need to check it up and yes he was right and Los Lobos tune was cool, will post it here as a bonus.

Anyway, Los Lobos men play with the relaxed authority that only American rock musician with a long history behind it can do. With high awareness of the importance of a vibrant and gritty sound - sometimes it sounds as if the recording is done in a messy garage - delivered yet another solid sign of life from east LA.

Los Lobos are:
David Hidalgo -Vocals, Guitar, Accordion, Fiddle, Requinto jarocho
Louie Pérez -Vocals, Guitar, Drums, Jarana huasteca
Cesar Rosas -Vocals, Guitar, Bajo Sexto
Conrad Lozano -Vocals, Bass, Guitarron
Steve Berlin -Keyboards, Horn

Los Lobos at the KCRW studios to perform "Burn It Down" from their latest record, enjoy!

Bonus tune, the great Angel Dance
