The Coffinshakers - Black Sunday

 

What if Johnny Cash had been more interested in horror, vampires, werewolves than in walking the line? Meet the Coffinshakers.

Formed in 1995 in Karlstad, Sweden, by Rob Coffinshaker (Robert Fjällsby), the Coffinshakers eked out an existence from small printings of 7" red vinyl singles and occasional gigs to a mostly uninterested audience. Their first single, "Dracula Has Risen from the Grave," inspired by the classic Hammer horror film, appeared in 1996.

Consisting of Rob on vocals and guitar, Joe Undertaker on bass, Fang on electric guitar, and Andy Bones on drums.

The band's direction of merging traditional country sounds of Johnny Cash and Waylon Jennings with full-bodied lyrics.

Todays tune "Black Sunday" is a song that fits into this Sunday, a day that started so well, with sun, heat, and summer and then turned and went black, rainy and miserable. The tune is taken from the album "Dark Wings Over Finland" released 2007

Lizette & - Happy Birthday MF

The day after midsummer, where everyone is a bit small tough after a fantastic day in Broby, Kungsör, where we celebrated midsummer and congratulated Peter Von Panajott on his birthday. The children went swimming in the pool, Tomas Johansson built a real Midsummer "Metal" pole, we grilled, drove electric-car race in the woods, visited Broby murderer's house and sang in the night. A fantastic day with the best friends.

Today most have a pain in the wig and maybe not feel so good, but some brave scrambles up to celebrate one more day. Because today, is in fact Thetania birthday, so she got breakfast in bed, little gifts and soon awaits barbecue with friends and family.

Midsommar in Sweden - Director's Cut

In Sweden On This Day we celebrate Midommar, we build a maypole, with leaves and flowers and then we dans around it and sings silly tune haha SOO weird but its a tradition thats really counts here in sweden. The pole is a manly symbol...cough....as u can see :D  Then we drink and eat good and have a party all night.

On the way home, girls and young women are supposed to pick seven different species of flowers and lay them under their pillows. At night, their future husbands appear to them in a dream.

Mass Murder Agenda - Drawing Flies

 A friend of Stones and me, Tristan has a very cool band, and they just released a new video.
I just wanna spread this band all over, DAMN they ROCK! And they do it Very good! Its kinda industrial metal.

Mass Murder Agenda was born in the summer of 2009 by bass player Joakim Hedestedt (ex-Face Down, Nation Beyond, ex-Construcdead).
The Idea was to mix thrash with industrial metal and no intention of at all being original, just aggressive enough to play live. After writing four bone crushing songs came the hard task to find the right band.
















 For vocals Joakim chose his long time friend Tristan Agdler (ex-NIL) for his perfect mix of hard and melodic voice.  Mass Murder Agenda takes the listener to the bleak underbelly of human society. With the bands own take on such legendary bands as Ministry, Slayer, Nine Inch Nails, Killing Joke,

Mass Murder Agendas CD grabs you by the throat and demands attention! The bands undeniable sound will not be ignored or denied!
In my ear, this album is a well produced piece of art. The music is like a vacuum cleaner it really drags ure attention and U just gotta love it!
