One Desire - After You're Gone

Finnish hard rockers ONE DESIRE will embark on a tour of the UK and Europe with THE NIGHT FLIGHT ORCHESTRA on March 6th. They also have announced that their second album, "Midnight Empire" will be released on April 10, 2020. The band has released the first single and music video, "After You're Gone". Watch it now, see below!

ONE DESIRE released their self-titled debut to massive acclaim. With a true hit single, "Hurt" (nearly 2 million views on Youtube, 3 million streams on Spotify) the band found their way to the forefront of the melodic rock scene. A couple of successful European tours with ECLIPSE and H.E.A.T were followed by more dates and festivals through the end of 2017, before the band headed back to the studio to start work on their sophomore release.

In the works for a little over two years, the resulting album “Midnight Empire” generously repays the long wait the fans have had to suffer for new music from the band. Really looking forward to seeing how this will develop and give the album a spin.

Kadavar - Children Of The Night

Berlin, Germany-based rock overlords KADAVAR have released the official music video for the brand new single, "Children Of The Night". The song comes off the band’s highly anticipated new album, "For The Dead Travel Fast". The album is set to be unleashed on September 20th.

KADAVAR will hit the road along with the new album release, in the beginning of November with a pretty substantial European tour. That’s how it goes. Put out a record and tour. KADAVAR, certainly, have done it before, see all the dates below.

The new tune sounds a bit slicker than before, but the vintage heavy riffs is still around, sounds great so far, really looking forward to the new one.

Today's tune "Children Of The Night" is the second single taken from the upcoming fifth album, the video production was handled by Victor Puigcerver, while graphics and animation were done by Christopher Burrows, enjoy!

Tyketto - Kick Like A Mule

The New York based rockers TYKETTO released their latest album "Reach", at 14th of October. A band that I somehow liked back in the days. Haven't really got time to give this record a true spin but heard the new single and hey, it's pretty ok, so I guess I have to give it a chance.

The group was put together in 1987 by former Waysted vocalist Danny Vaughn, Brooke St. James (guitar), Jimi Kennedy (bass), and Michael Clayton (drums) completed the lineup.

By 1990, the band had signed to Geffen Records and released their debut album Don't Come Easy, which included the successful single "Forever Young." Musically, the album was somewhere between WHITESNAKE and BON JOVI, and TYKETTO opened for the former on many bills. However, the rise of the grunge sound in 1991 saw TYKETTOs hopes of a big breakthrough begin to recede. Jimi left the band and was replaced by Jamie Scott. Their second album was rejected by Geffen and finally emerged in 1994 under the title Strength in Numbers on CMC International in the USA and Music for Nations elsewhere in the world.

After five years of relentless touring that included playing on some of the most prestigious stages on the planet, TYKETTO took their revitalized energy in to the studio in the spring of 2016. The sessions took place at the legendary Rockfield Studios (QUEEN, RUSH, OASIS) in Wales. Musically, the band is truly at the top of their game, with their muscular brand of melodic rock delivered with the finest arrangements and awesome performances.

In addition to Vaughn and Arbeeny, the 2016 lineup of TYKETTO includes Chris Green (guitar and vocals), Ged Rylands (keyboards and vocals) and Chris Childs (bass).

Today's tune "Kick Like A Mule" is taken from the bands latest release "Reach"

Dance Gavin Dance - Chucky vs. The Giant Tortoise

"Mothership" is the seventh full-length album by The American post-hardcore band DANCE GAVIN DANCE, released on October 7, 2016.

The album was recorded by the band at Interlace Audio Recording Studios in North Portland, Oregon over a two-month period between April and June 2016 with producer Kris Crummett. During the recording sessions for the album, the band sought out and collaborated with other musicians such as Andrew Michael Wells of EIDOLA, Aric Garcia of HAIL THE SUN, Martin Bianchini of SECRET BAND and former DANCE GAVIN DANCE guitarist Zachary Garren of STRAWBERRY GIRLS.

The album artwork for "Mothership" was created by Swedish illustrator and artist Mattias Adolfsson, who has previously created the album artwork for six of DANCE GAVIN DANCEs studio albums. The album cover depicts a "mothership" in the upper sector of the photo in the shape of an infinity sign whilst citizens praising its arrival on the ground below. Easter eggs are also illustrated in the album's artwork, including the death star-inspired space ship as seen on the band's 2008 self-titled studio album.

A European headlining tour is set to take place from November 3 to November 26, 2016 with special guest appearances from former members Jonny Craig and Kurt Travis.

DANCE GAVIN DANCE consist of:

Tilian Pearson - clean vocals
Jon Mess - unclean vocals
Will Swan - lead guitar, vocals on "Chocolate Jackalope"
Tim Feerick - bass guitar
Matthew Mingus - drums, percussion

Today's tune "Chucky vs. The Giant Tortoise" is taken from the latest album "Mothership", enjoy
