Parcels - Lightenup

Day two of Popaganda contained an interesting line up of bands like LOVA, Linnea Henriksson, PALE WAVES, MWUANA, BIPOLAR SUNSHINE, Tove Styrke, PARCELS, METRONOMY, Jenny Wilson and Veronica Maggio.

PARCELS, the young disco-pop breakthrough band hailing from Australia and going to release their debut album. The first emerging band ever to collaborate with the legendary DAFT PUNK (Overnight single – summer 2017). PARCELS make immaculately polished MOR pop that would sound at home in the company of CHIC or 70s-era FLEETWOOD MAC.

PARCELS did a hell of a show at Popaganda, absolutely the best live performance that day at Erikdalsbadet, extremely hard to stand still during their set.

PARCELS composed of Louie Swain (keyboards), Patrick Hetherington (keyboards), Noah Hill (bass), Anatole "Toto" Serret (drums) and Jules Crommelin (guitar). The band formed in 2014 while at high school in Byron Bay, Australia, and are now based in Berlin, Germany.

Heavy Tiger - I Go for the Cheap Ones

HEAVY TIGER is a three piece chic band apart from Stockholm, Sweden. The outcome of one pure mission in the mind of guitarslinger & singer Maja Linn: to form a Killer Rock 'n' Roll Band! Great songs, uncompromising live performances and true ambitions were the ingredients to build it all upon. No band member was allowed to be short of dedication, or talent for that matter.

Luckily this crazy rock 'n' roll heart eventually found her sisters in arms. Drummer Astrid Carsbring and Sara Frendin on bass, both truly good musicians, were just the right people to team up with. They soon became close friends as well and HEAVY TIGER was a fact. The year was 2010 and the girls turned 17.

Vinyl Version of Glitter

Today's tune "I Go for the Cheap Ones" taken from their album "Glitter", Enjoy!
