ZZ Top - Jesus Just Left Chicago

ZZ Top is an American blues rock band, formed in 1969 in Houston, Texas. Comprising Billy Gibbons (lead vocals and guitar), Dusty Hill (vocals, bass, and keyboards), and Frank Beard (drums and percussion). The trio's original lineup has been intact for over 40 years.

ZZ Top is out on their 2010 World Tour (started in April 29, 2010 – Oktober 29, 2010), The tour is to celebrate their 40 years as a band which is incredible in my eyes. Yesterday, landed these bearded men in Stockholm for the 101:th gig at "Annexet".

They played in Gothenburg on the 22/10 with a special guests "The Doobie Brothers"

ZZ Top doing what they should when they come up on stage, a little too much routine in my opinion, but i guess it's so when you have done this as long as they. The Music swing is there, but parts of it is a little bit too sleepy, the lights is really nice and the video wall running cool clips during the songs. Stage set is simple and have a clean style, see photos below.

What I like about these guys is that they let the age take its toll and do what you do when you get older and be who you are and not trying to be the man that you were when the career began 30-40 years ago. They are peacefully and orderly, which makes them cool in all cases anyway, instead of trying to look cool like they were a youngster, then it is just embarrassing.
