Californian death metal force SKELETAL REMAINS released thier fourth studio album "The Entombment Of Chaos" on September 11, 2020 via Century Media, an album that has got very good reviews when scanning the internet, a band that has been active under my radar for a very long time, after a review from my good friend Chief Rebel and after some well-chosen words and the intresst grew and I thought that I will give this a chance and released this beast on the stereo the other day. Holy freaking moses.
SKELETAL REMAINS is an old school death metal band from Whittier, California formed in May 2011. The band was originally called ANTHROPOPHAGY decided to went into the studio to record a 3 song demo "Desolate Isolation" in June which included a PESTILENCEs cover song "Chronic Infection". During the recording of the demo, former guitarist Mike De La O, decided to part ways with the band due to personal reasons. The first demo was finished and they decided to change their name to SKELETAL REMAINS.
So today we offers some real Californian death metal with the third and final single "Dissectasy", taken from the new album "The Entombment Of Chaos". The tune is the gruesome tale of a crazed man, driven by his morbid desires to the point of self dissection.
