Pain Of Salvation - Unfuture

In the third decade since their formation, the Swedish band PAIN OF SALVATION is at the forefront of the progressive rock/metal movement and has earned a reputation as one of the most exciting live acts in the modern rock scene.

The follow-up to the highly acclaimed 2017 studio album "In The Passing Light Of Day" is now called "Panther", was mixed together with Daniel Bergstrand (IN FLAMES, MESHUGGAH, Devin Townsend) and comes with a detailed visual concept with drawings by André Meister.

"Panther" is once again a triumph of artistic development and an exhilarating next musical chapter in the eventful history of PAIN OF SALVATION: Intense, always innovative and highly relevant. "Panther" is available as CD, Digital Album, limited 2CD Mediabook (Incl. 4 bonus tracks on separate disc and expanded arwork) and as 180g. Gatefold 2LP (Incl. 4 bonus tracks as Side D and album on CD as bonus). The album was released on August 28th, 2020 via InsideOutMusic.

This album is for you, or someone you know.

It is for the restless, the shy, the motormouths, the passionate, the ones who go far beyond the point of reason for what you believe in, the outsiders, the diagnosed, the medicated, the hungry, the sad, the ones walking around daily trying to understand how to fit in with this species, with this era.

It's for everyone who always had problems sitting still in the classroom, or who never really knew how to speak up. The daydreamers, the relentlessly curious, the comedians, the unexplainably angry.

This is your album. Because you, my friend, are a panther. And you are a valued member of the Full Throttle Tribe. Ladies and gentlemen, rev your engines, the world is about to get panthered!

Today's tune "Unfuture", taken from the new album "Panther". Video created by Thomas Hicks, enjoy!
