Slayer - Disciple

Slayer is an American thrash metal band from Huntington Park, California, formed in 1981. The band was founded by guitarists Jeff Hanneman and Kerry King. Slayer rose to fame with their 1986 release, Reign in Blood, which has been called "the heaviest album of all time" by Kerrang!. The band is credited as one of the "Big Four" of thrash metal, along with Metallica, Anthrax and Megadeth.

Slayer's musical style is hard, thrashy metal with fast tremolo picking riffs, double bass drumming. Slayers lyrics and album art goes thru serial killers, satanism, religion and warfare witch also has generated some lawsuits and strong criticism from religious groups and the public :)

Todays tune is taken from the eighth studio album "God Hates Us All" released on September 11, 2001. This was also the band's last album to feature drummer Paul Bostaph.

Todays tune is the grammy award-nominated "Disciple" taken from the album "God Hates Us All" a great tune indeed.

Man kan faktiskt ALDRIG få för mycket Slayer - och det här är ju en av de mest underskattade Slayerplattorna. Bra val!
