The British Heavy Doom trio CONAN climbed up and fell down after a couple of tours on the list and finished in a 45th place with their monstrous new album "Existential Void Guardian".

"Existential Void Guardian" is an slow, groove-soaked and thunderous album with pounds of heaviness. CONAN really knows how to do down-tuned doom. Heavy fuzzed out riffs, dual vocal harmonies and all on very heavy half pace tempo, this is real "Caveman Battle Doom".

Conan - Blood Eagle

10th place on the Tune Of The Days Album of the year goes to the doomsters trio from Liverpool. Conan's latest slab of rumbling doom metal is as thick and viscous as maple syrup. Blood Eagle is ridiculously heavy and drony. With it's towering monolith and barbaric riffs will scare any living soul that have their lights off during this time of year and this record spinning.

This is the best heavy drone doom record of the year, no doubt about that.
