Boyz II Men - A Song For Mama

Yesterday it was Mothers Day in the country my oldest daughter live in.
So I got phone calls and a video from her via Facebook....



This song is not my normal tune that I listen to, but its fantastic and
Gosh It just freaked me out in a good way..
Sitting there tears rolling down, and Wow what can I say.
My doughter or let me refrase it, my Children are the most fantastic kids in the world!

So today I want to give this to every Mama on our planet to tell you what a
important and lovely task you have gotten through giving birth to a child.

Love it, show them right from wrong, be their friend, their guidance in a trouble world.
Youre the most important woman among your kids, you know.



This is preformed by a group I heard in the 90´s Boyz II Men.
The group, known originally as Unique Attraction, was founded during 1988 at the Philadelphia High School for Creative and Performing Arts, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. There, friends Nathan Morris and Marc Nelson organized several R&B singing groups, most of which ended quickly. Eventually, they found a winning formula by recruiting tenors Wanya Morris and Shawn Stockman and bass Michael McCary.
The group would rehearse in the high school's bathrooms, due to the excellent acoustics. They found inspiration in New Edition's harmonies and routines, and eventually renamed the group "Boyz II Men", after one of New Edition's songs.

They done 9 studio albums and a bunch of compilations and 3 dvd´s.
They are definitely the best group in emotional songs...

She is an American recording artist, producer, actress and former member of the R&B band Sista as well as the Swing Mob collective...

This energic lady with her energic dancers preformed on the last day of the Stockholm Jazz Fest. Marvelous and very much beat.


She did 7 albums first in 1997 and last in 2010.
I took this tune from her 6th album called The Cookbook.

Kool & The Gang - Jungle Boogie

These guys was swinging in everybody´s ear in late 70ths and 1980
With songs like Ladies Night and Celebration..

I really think they rock!
They got the feeling and the energi.

Tonight just b4 I write this they preformed an Awesome concert at Stockholm Jazz festival MY GOSH whatta impact!!



They begun in 1964 and roll on since then.
They done 24 studio albums and many compilation albums as well.
Productive ones indeed.

Ah well my day at the Jazz festival is over and im darn tired, so im
off to bed. Tomorrow at the festival Missy Elliot will preform, dont miss that!!!

The first single "Soldier of Love" (todays tune) premiered worldwide on December 8, 2009 and it was released on iTunes digitally on January 12, 2010. It is also the band's first new material in almost ten years, preceding their long awaited sixth studio album of the same name which is to be released on February 8, 2010.

So what about this, would she be the same? oh yes, the first single has stated that. It’s a nice piece with horns, guitar riffs and ofcourse the lovely cool smoothed voice by Sade. Welcome back, Sade.

A very famous Algerian was in Stockholm yesterday.
He playd at a very full Debaser Medis.
The crowd was very entusiastic and waving flags and danced like mad.
It was funny cos both young and old were in the audience and both
Swedish peeps and Alergians.

This guy is nearly 50 years old, and i can tell u he rocks !
Cheb is called the king of raï.

Cheb Khaled, is a raï singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist
born in Sidi-El-Houari in Oran Province of Algeria.

He began recording in his early teens under the
name Cheb Khaled (Arabic for "Young man Khaled")
and has become the most internationally
famous Algerian singer in the Arab World and
across many continents.
His most famous songs are "Aicha" and "Didi".

Beyonce - If I Were A Boy

Beyoncé Gisele Knowles (born September 4, 1981), best known mononymously as Beyoncé.
Is an American R&B singer, songwriter, record producer and actress.
Knowles rose to fame in the late 1990s as the lead singer of the girl group Destiny's Child. Knowles released her début solo album, Dangerously in Love, in June 2003. Her third solo album, I Am… Sasha Fierce, was released in November 2008, and spawned the worldwide hit "If I Were a Boy" witch is today's tune :)
Beyoncé is her European tour ATM, yesterday she visit Stockholm/Globe to give a show.
And whoosh, what a show, amazing. I'm not into this style of music at all but i must say that this girl can sing, oh yes she can sing.
The production was big, same size as Metallica is travelling with, a few more buses on the Knowles side :)
The stage set was like a glittering palace with loads of Acrylic Blocks, looked really nice. The band was all girls and yes they played great, tight and well played.
I really liked the guitar player Bibi McGill, she was the one that you will notice.
Great player. Well it was a perfect show for the fans, everything was done in perfectly, well rehearsed.
